Custom Made Hatch Covers

We need the MAKE and MODEL of the kayak you wish to fit. Please add this information into the 'ADDITIONAL INFORMATION' box at the bottom of the checkout form. Length and Width measurements of the hatch are also helpful. (From the outside edges of the rim. Not the size of the opening)
- Custom made to fit your hatches
- For all hatches under 500mm, (larger sizes are made as a cockpit cover using heavier neoprene and bungee)
- 3mm Neoprene
- Fully sewn 5mm or 6mm shockcord, depending on the hatch size.
Please note that these neoprene covers are NOT suitable as a replacement for a lost or broken hard plastic or rubber cover. These should be sourced from the Kayak manufacturer.
We have Hatch templates and sizes for many different Kayaks. However, kayak manufacturers continue to challenge us with new shapes and sizes.
